ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
The contract comes into existence when the order has been accepted by us. Receipt of the order, via our web site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the order  7 working days commencing from the day after you receive the goods
Please note: If the order has been processed, and we are unable to cancel it, the return costs are at your own expense; £20 up to 10kg and 50 pence per kg thereafter.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you provide us with the wrong delivery address and the goods are signed for by another party Sno-flake Direct.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

RETURNS
Every item is checked before leaving our warehouse, however, if a manufacturing fault is found, the goods may be returned at our expense, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and a full refund or replacement will be given.

If there is another reason for returning the goods, a full refund  will only be given if the item is returned in the condition it was sent out,
The cost of returning the item will be borne by the sender.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and colours are given as a guide only and are approximate, due to the limitations of photography. All goods are subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be notified of the planned delivery date

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All items purchased from Sno-flake Direct.co.uk are covered by a 6 month guarantee. Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse, is not covered by this guarantee, and a charge will be made for any costs incurred.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights
